Summer Began at Two Starting Lines

The first days of June brought colleagues to two different starting lines, each with its own challenge and atmosphere, driven by a shared spirit of supporting one another, pushing personal boundaries, and enjoying the moment along the way.

June unfolded as a month of running, team spirit, personal milestones, and moments that extended well beyond the office.

It began in Skopje at Business Run, an evening 5K along the city’s riverside paths. After last years’ experience, returning felt natural in the best way. Familiar faces, a well-known route, and that unmistakable energy that builds before the start.

As always, the real story unfolded after the finish line in the conversations, the laughter, and the time spent together as we danced our way into the night.

A few days later, the story continued in Ohrid.

With the opening of our new office earlier this year, Ohrid Trcat became a perfect opportunity to combine a running challenge with a few days by the lake. For some colleagues, it was the motivation to finally sign up. For others, it was a chance to experience the city and our newest office location while spending time together outside their usual routines.

Across the various race categories, colleagues took part in their own way, each adding a distinct rhythm to the day. Our men’s 5K team secured an impressive fourth place in the standings, while two colleagues took on the half marathon challenge.

For one of them, it became a defining moment, crossing the finish line of her first ever half marathon after months of discipline and preparation.

Challenges always feel a little lighter when they’re shared. And after the finish line, that shared effort turned into something simple and real: a cold beer, good company, stories exchanged, and a lake view that made the summer heat feel like part of the reward.

We returned with lasting memories and the sense that this summer is only just getting started.
