More than 100 people joined us at our Skopje office on 12 May, bringing with them diverse backgrounds, ambitions, and questions about what their future careers might look like.
This wasn’t just an opportunity to visit our office, but a chance to experience what life at AXM365 is really about.
Students, recent graduates, and professionals came together with a shared goal: to explore where their skills, interests, and ambitions could take them.
The afternoon began with an introduction to AXM365 – who we are, what we do, and most importantly, the people behind it. Shortly after, attendees chose one of three paths to explore further: Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Software Development.
Together with colleagues from each department, they explored real aspects of each role, the skills required, and the challenges and opportunities that shape each career path.
Through practical exercises and interactive challenges, participants were able to test their thinking and approach while gaining insights directly from the people who work in these roles every day.
The conversations didn’t stop after the sessions ended. Many continued into discussions around career development, learning journeys, mentorship, and what it takes to grow in a fast-changing industry.
The experience continued with an office tour, where attendees met team members from across AXM365 and got a closer look at our working environment. They saw how ideas are shared, how teams collaborate, and how learning and mentorship are embedded into everyday life.
Because that is what an Open Day is truly about. It is not just about presenting career opportunities, but about creating space for meaningful conversations, new perspectives, and a genuine exchange of knowledge and experience.
We hope the conversations that started here continue beyond the event itself, and that for some of those who joined us, this was not just an introduction to AXM365, but the beginning of their journey with us.
